Deposits from other exchanges without our payment ID will not be credited. Other exchanges even if Payment ID window is visible sending payments without that tag. Those payment will not be credited.
Send BBR directly from your wallet using correct procedure bellow.

Please also notice that sending your payment to us from another exchange will cause issues with crediting your account.
Exchanges sending payments out without "payment id" so therefore we cannot credit this kind of payment to anyone because we cannot prove ownership.
That means if you withdrawing from exchange ALWAYS SEND TO YOUR OWN WALLET FIRST AND THAN TO EXCHANGE WALLET!
Any deposit with missing payment id will not be credited by us.
Once deposit is done we will credit your payment within 1-3 confirmations.
By depositing tokens/coins to visible address on funds page, you agree to missing coins and wrong deposit policy. Any coins which are deposited wrongly or with missing memo/payment id/tags might be lost.
