KYC(Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundering) Policies.
1.OBJECTIVES OF THE POLICIES.
(a)Cryptochangex remains committed in providing a safe,globally-compliant
and reputable service to its clients. Our company relies on comprehensive
and thorough KYC and Anti Money Laundering policies.
(b)Cryptochangex is legally registered within Companies House holding
company number and Information Commissioner Officer holding registration
number.The company's infrastructure is physically located in London.
(c)These policies are created in order to prevent the service provider
Cryptochangex from being used intentionally and unintentionally, by criminal
elements for money laundering and financial terrorist activities.
(d)These policies are created in order to know and understand the customers
and their financial affairs and dealings.
(e)The aim of the policies is to put in place appropriate and satisfactory
controls for detection, monitoring and reporting of suspicious activities in
accordance with current,valid legislation framework.
(f)All necessary steps will be taken to ensure that any suspicious transactions
willbe monitored closely by the Cryptochangex and its staff. The dealing
staff is adequately trained with KYP/AML procedures. If it is necessary,the
suspicious transaction will be reported to National Crime Agency by
submitting SAR.

3.KNOW-YOUR-CUSTOMER (KYC) POLICY.
KYC policy involves collecting and storing the following sensitive data of customers.
All users must confirm their identity before using the Cryptochangex platform. All
users therefore must submit following documents:
(a)Identity document such as National ID, passport or Driving Licence;
(b) Proof address such as current utility bill not older than 3 months;
(c)Other forms of ID and Address verification will not be accepted. Your
account will be unregistered until account verification has been completed;
(d)Cryptochangex reserves its rights to request further verification documents
and information if it deems necessary.
4.ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING POLICY
(a)Transactions conducted via the platform will be subject to monitoring to
avoid any illegal actions;
(b)Identity and proof of address documents as well as transaction records will
be maintained for at least six years and will be submitted to regulators as
required without prior notification to registered users.
(c)Cryptochangex may at any time without liability and without disclosing any
reason,suspend the operation of your account.
You will be notified if
Cryptochangex exercises its rights under this clause.
(d)Registered members of whom transactions involve fiat currency will be
required to verify their identity and adhere to the Cryptochangex KYC policy.
(e)Suspicious transactions will result in a Suspicious Activity Report being
submitted to the National Crime Agency (NCA).
(f)In addition to the above documents, Cryptochangex reserves the right to
request the following documentations for transactions exceeding the amount
of GBP £10,000 (not exclusive)
(a)Occupation and annual income range;
(b)Source of funds
(c)Nature of account activity
