There is few reasons why your withdrawal might be not processed or show "almost done". First and most likely valid reason is withdrawal of whole balance up to 16 decimals or wallet address you trying to use is wrong or have missing digits or letter.
We are supporting withdrawals up to 6 decimal places. Every other than that will be rejected or stopped for manual approval.
please verify that :
- Wallet you provided is correct
- amount for withdrawal is correct
Once all this is checked and issue still showing please open support ticket and provide:
- your email
- what type of coin you trying withdraw
- destination address
- amount you trying to withdraw.
