There could be many problems why deposit not showing up.
In case of deposit not showing in your account please open new support ticket with details:
- Type of coin
- Tx of this deposit
- Amount of deposit
- Wallet address depositing to cryptochangex
Once this is done we will verify that tx was really processed by our system and we will credit account.
If you deposited BBR please make sure you included Payment id in the transfer. And that this deposit comes from your own wallet not from another exchange.
Every deposit which is proven without payment id will not be credited.
