If for any reason you need to remove 2fa from your account this can be done by opening support ticket through help-desk by clicking here.
To authenticate this we will send Email with code to address registered on our system.
Once you will receive code please reply to our ticket system with this code and provide as follow:
- clear photo of passport or driving licence/id card issued by your country - both sides
- clear photo of yourself holding piece of paper* and this passport/driving licence or id card
*on the piece of paper please include current date/code from email we sent you and custom note : "for CryptochangeX.com use only"
Once all this is delivered we will remove 2fa from your account.
Please be aware that new 2fa need to be set up to deposit or withdraw any amount from account.
Any removal can take up to 48h after request and delivery of all requested documents.
