After registration please make sure 2fa is enabled and set up.
Any account which is active but have not enabled 2fa will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds.
To enable 2fa please follow steps below:
Go to profile and click Two-Factor Authentication
After you click "Enable" next window will show up with qr code and cypher text:
PRO TIP: make screen shot of this code. In case you lost device you can get access much faster by scanning again same code.
Once you have 6 digit code just add code and click "Enable"
