We are supporting withdrawals up to 6 decimal places.
Please scroll down for information about decimal places and correct procedure. If you will try withdraw incorrectly your tx will most likely stuck and will have to be pushed manually which on average takes 24h.
To withdraw funds please click on the same page "withdraw":
Click manage address and add one wallet of your choice:
Once you have address added make sure this is wallet for specific coin. We cannot recover funds if you send btc to ltc blockchain for example.
Once you have all details correct please input withdrawal amount in max. 6 decimal places (0.xxxxxx), or click withdraw all but again leave only 6 decimal places in withdrawal window.

Reason for max 6 decimal places is: network fee is taken that's why some change need to stay in wallet to process that tx.
Once this is done, you need to provide 2fa and withdrawals will be processed automatically.
